Esso wanted to increase fuel sales on their forecourts and build consumer loyalty to their brand. No easy task in such a fiercely competitive industry!

THE SOLUTION:

Using our expertise with creating and managing engaging cinema ticket promotions, we helped manage and deliver a campaign that increased sales and also that precious consumer loyalty.

We kept the promotion simple: Esso customers who spent £30 on fuel on 3 separate occasions were entitled to claim a cinema ticket at either Cineworld, ODEON or an independent cinema such as Empire or Showcase. A fun reward that was easily redeemable and could be shared with friends or family.

Working closely with both Esso and the cinema chains, we took care of all the negotiations, fulfilment, administration, and reporting for the campaign.
