THE BRIEF:

To create an Instant Win promotion that rewarded lucky consumers the chance to win tickets to their local NuMetro Cinema.

THE SOLUTION:

Consumers who purchased an Otees pack with a winning sticker (100,000 of these were applied randomly to packs of the product), would receive an Adult 2D NuMetro cinema ticket. If a winning sticker was revealed, the consumer was asked to text “OTEES” and the unique 9-digit number to the shortcode provided and, by return they’d receive an SMS with a mobile code movie e-ticket for any Nu Metro cinema in South Africa. The consumer would then take their mobile to their favourite Nu Metro Cinema to redeem their e-ticket at the cashier’s desk.
