THE BRIEF:

To enter customers who spend on their Santander MasterCard into a prize draw to win a VIP experience to the BRIT Awards plus cinema tickets.

THE SOLUTION:

The client would randomly select 500 winners each week and provide Filmology with a list. Filmology were to send a Santander MasterCard branded letter to each winner containing a unique code and details of how to claim their Cineworld vouchers. Winners were invited to visit the promotional website and enter their unique code to submit their claim.

WHAT FILMOLOGY DID:

  • Full Account Management of the campaign
  • All negotiations and dealings with Cineworld
  • Provision of 3,000 unique codes
  • Production and fulfilment of up to 3,000 letters to winners, containing unique code and instructions on how to claim
  • Build and hosting of the promotional microsite
  • Despatch of “Goods” to all winners
  • Weekly management reporting to client
